We offer two shipping options for your convenience. Please refer to the table below for shipping costs, delivery times, and free shipping offers:

Orders of $79 or more qualify for free standard shipping to the U.S., Germany, and other eligible regions. This will be automatically applied at checkout.


Where We Ship From

We have multiple distribution centers located around the world to ensure fast and reliable delivery: Germany, United States, China, India.

The specific shipping origin will depend on the product type and your delivery address. This allows us to efficiently handle orders and provide timely deliveries to customers in various regions.


Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • Before Shipment: If you need to cancel or modify your order, you can do so free of charge as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact us right away, and we will assist you with your request.
  • After Shipment: Once the order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it in full. However, you may still request a cancellation while your order is in transit. Please note that a 10% cancellation fee will apply in such cases to cover logistics and shipping costs.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or by visiting our Order Tracking page on our website.

Shipping Carriers:
We work with trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure fast and reliable deliveries. Your specific carrier will depend on the delivery location and the shipping method you choose.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package is damaged or lost in transit, we will take full responsibility. We will either resend the product to you at no additional cost or provide you with a full refund, depending on your preference.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional charges before purchasing.

  • Multiple Shipments: If your order includes items fulfilled from different warehouses, you may receive multiple shipments. We will provide tracking information for each shipment.
  • Delayed Shipments: While we aim to deliver within the estimated time, delays can sometimes occur. If your order is delayed, we will keep you updated on the status.
